Projects/Resato: management system for industrial machinery

From 1985 onwards Resato has specialized in developing and manufacturing high-pressure installations and components up to 14,000 bar. The development and manufacture of high-pressure pumps and cutting tables is a logical continuation of our specialization.

Blue Melon developed a system with enables Resato to manage their machine pool remotely. Users can request help via an embedded user interface on the machine. The service requests are displayed in real time at the Resato service center where a servicedesk employee can connect with the machine via a simple web user interface. One of the most important aspects of the system was incorporating very tight security measures.
