Blue Melon was contracted by AP Nederland to perform a research study on the usability of LED's in crop growth. The research consisted of a comparison between different Luxeon LED's. A thermal management model was designed to assess the cooling requirements needed when implementing high brightness LED's in crop growth lamps.
