BlueSense measurement and control modules

Blue Melon developed a series of measurement/control modules nicknamed BlueSense. The modules were especially designed for the creative industry. A set of software drivers allows the modules to be used by artists in their interactive works. It was a challenge to keep the electronics easy to use for artists and to support a large variety of software packages. Applied solutions involved wireless communication techniques and a general C software library.

BlueSense professional

The technology which was developed for BlueSense was adapted for proffessional use. Blue Melon offers a number of 19 inch rack mounted systems with which large numbers of sensors and actuators can be controlled. These systems are managed via ethernet and can be controlled from Linux, Windows or Apple OSX. A royalty free SDK is available.

The BlueSense ethernet router can be easily used to control and monitor equipment remotely. Blue Melon can develop specialized firmware functionality to support your particular needs. Possibilities include a.o. webinterfaces to Bluesense modules, XML document reporting, etc.
