This document describes the installation process of the complete BlueSense package for Mac OS X.

Download the BlueSense package
- Go to the BlueSense downloads section to download the package, or download it directly using this link: BlueSenseSDK.dmg
Install the BlueSense package
- First mount the disk image by double clicking the BlueSenseSDK.dmg file:
- Next open the package inside the just mounted window by double clicking the BlueSense_macosx.pck file:
- Click the continue button:
- And again the continue button:
- And once more the continue button:
- For a change; click the agree button:
- And then again continue:
- Finaly click continue:
After these steps the needed files are installed on your computer. The installation package also automatically installs the usb driver.
Copy the Max/MSP externals to the right folder (if you plan on using Max/MSP with BlueSense)
- Open the Finder followed by opening the Applications folder:
- Open the BlueSense folder:
- Open the max folder:
- Open another Finder followed again by opening the Applications folder:
- Open the MaxMSP folder:
- Open the Cycling 74 folder alias:
- Now position both opened Finder windows next to each other and open both externals folders:
- Select all files in the upper (BlueSense) externals folder by pressing Apple-A, then drag them to the Cycling externals folder:
- If you are upgrading from an older version you might get a warning about files that already exists, simply click Replace:
Copy the Processing libraries to the right folder (if you plan on using Processing with BlueSense)
