Requirements
- BM7001 Digital switch inputs
- Rotary encoder with push button
- 5x 30cm wire (soldered to the button)
Connecting
The rotary encoder has 5 pins. 3 Pins on one side to connect the turning part, and 2 pins on the other side to connect the push button part of the rotary encoder.
To connect the rotary encoder to a Digital switch input, you simply connect the middle pin to the (-) output and the other two to inputs that are next to each other: 1/2 or 3/4 or 5/6.
Connecting the turning part of the rotary encoder
To connect the rotary encoder to a Digital switch input, you simply connect one pin to the (-) and the other one to one of the inputs(1 t/m 6).
