(Redirected from BlueSense workshop)

A BlueSense Workshop was organised on 26 and 27 November 2007 at Ecole Superieure des arts Decoratifs in Strasbourg for students from this school. In cooperation with artist Benjamin Gaulon, we introduced Max/MSP and BlueSense to interested artist.

You can see how the workshop in Strasbourg was on this page. For more info about our workshops go to this page. If you are interested in a workshop at your location please contact us.

In this workshop we used a lot of BlueSense modules. The students brought their own electronics too, to use it in their projects.

How do you connect BlueSense? Easy, we explain how.

And now you can connect BlueSense on your own.

Does it work? We'll test it with the force dependent resistor.

Now we know how to use BlueSense and how Max/MSP works. It's now time for the projects.

Project 1: Two barn machines which are coupled to each other, have to do what a small film shows. The movie will be observed by a light dependent resistor.

The intention is that the computer 'play's on' the piano.

Project 4

Over the paper comes a small low aluminium foil.

Then foam in between

There will be taken a picture of you and you hear a sound when you step on it. To let the computer do that we used the switch input.
